Our clients feel comfortable knowing that what they share with our team and the fact that they are even in treatment is kept confidential. Second, our HIPPA-compliant video platform means that only registered clients and team members can log in to groups and classes which are streamed virtually. No one can “accidentally” walk in to our group room, whether in person or online! Everyone is screened and signs a confidentiality waiver each time they enter our facility.
Third, some of our clients utilize our Enhanced Privacy measures, which includes selecting a screen name for use in all groups where other clients are in attendance. You could be sitting next to Alexander Hamilton in group, but if he chooses to go by Aaron Burr, you’ll never know the difference! Your medical records will note your screen name and that’s what we will call you while online.
