We’re excited to share another huge milestone in Centered Recovery’s mission to make transformative addiction and mental health treatment more accessible—Centered is now officially in-network with UnitedHealthcare (UHC) and Optum! That’s right—if you or your loved one carries insurance through UHC/Optum, receiving care at Centered just became easier, more affordable, and more streamlined than ever before.

As one of Georgia’s only mindfulness-based, non-12-step treatment programs, our goal has always been to reduce barriers to care. We know that navigating insurance is one of the most common roadblocks to starting treatment, so we’ve worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make these partnerships possible. And we’re not done yet—Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) is officially on track to be in-network with us starting next month!

While our recent partnership with Cigna was a major first step, expanding to include UHC/Optum is a clear reflection of our commitment to making quality mental health and addiction care accessible for all. And there’s more to come—our in-network status with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) will go live next month. That means more coverage options for even more individuals and families across Georgia.

In the meantime, if you’re insured through BCBS, Aetna, or another provider, you may still be eligible for treatment through out-of-network benefits. PPO plans especially often reimburse a large portion of care. Our team can help you navigate your benefits and see if this is an option for you.
