Bridget moved from Australia to Atlanta, Georgia in February 2017. She has worked in the addiction field for the last 10 years, starting out in a research capacity and later practicing as a Psychologist in Australia. Bridget completed a Bachelor of Social Science in Criminology and a Bachelor in Psychology (Honors) at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. She later completed a Master of Psychology (Clinical) at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Bridget is passionate about working with clients experiencing mental health and substance use issues, and particularly enjoys working within a mindfulness-based framework. Having recently become certified as 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Bridget also enjoys incorporating different forms of mindful movement into her group work.
