While we recommend in-person group programming and strongly encourage potential clients not to factor distance into their decision to come here, we understand it can be difficult to make the trip from Buckhead. This is why we offer virtual group programming and individual counseling using the latest audio and visual technology. Clients can log in and attend their scheduled sessions from the comfort of their own home!

We can also arrange a hybrid outpatient schedule so that you can make it out to the Roswell facility at your convenience, including on evenings and weekends. Our main goal is to have you in programming so you can work on improving mindfulness, addressing mental health issues, and maintaining your sobriety with a strong support system.

Our Outpatient Rehabilitation Programs

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive, structured therapy sessions throughout the day, allowing clients to return home each evening. While clients are encouraged to stay in a sober living environment during this time, they may also participate while living at home. The program involves a commitment of 30 hours per week of group rehabilitation work and individual counseling. Standard session hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM, though we offer flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend options.

PHP is an excellent choice for individuals transitioning from inpatient or detox programs, providing a crucial bridge to everyday life. The program typically lasts between 1 to 12 weeks, with weekly drug and alcohol testing, as well as regular health assessments.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is available both in person and virtually and is tailored for individuals requiring substantial support while managing work, family, or other responsibilities. Participants engage in 3 to 5 hours of group therapy three to five times a week, totaling 9 to 15 hours weekly. Additionally, one hour of individual therapy is required each week. The program also includes mandatory drug and alcohol testing and wellness check-ins. IOP is flexible, allowing participants to select a duration ranging from 1 to 12 weeks.

Outpatient Program (OP)

The Outpatient Program (OP) is our lowest level of clinical care. They only require 1-2 days of 90-minute group sessions weekly and 1-2 individual therapy sessions per month. These sessions can be an hour long. Clients can participate in this program for as little as one week or as long as they need for their care. OP clients must do one random drug screening a month to ensure they are staying sober. A sober living home is not required at this tier, and we encourage clients to return to a new normal everyday life if they feel ready for it.

Education Program (EDU)

Our Education Program (EDU) offers flexibility for those with demanding schedules, allowing participants to engage with recovery material at their own pace. Classes are available throughout the week, and clients can attend as their schedule permits. We also offer a group pass valid for six months, providing further convenience. Since most participants at this level have established therapeutic relationships, there are no required in-house therapy sessions. This is our most flexible drug rehabilitation tier.

We Work With Your Insurance

Centered Recovery utilizes the help of an insurance billing partner to help clients receive maximum coverage for their treatment. Your carrier, plan, and policy may affect your entitled coverage. We are currently not in-network with any carrier, but we can still work with most major insurance carriers to obtain you some type of financial assistance. For example, if you participate in a 12-week PHP, insurance may cover between 4-12 weeks, depending on your coverage.

What Do I Need to Do Before Enrolling in Outpatient Care?
