Centered Recovery is happy to announce our newest team member…
Many of you in the treatment community already know Joseph as an amazingly compassionate and passionate-about-reccovery guy who not only talks the talk, but also walks the walk! Quite a while ago we kept hearing his name from clients and others in the community who said “Have you met Joseph yet? Because you need to!” When we did, we knew he would be a great fit for our team. We hope you’ll get the opportunity to get to know him at our Marietta location, because he’ll be there holding down the fort, dispensing his calm wisdom and funny humor. In the meantime, here’s an introduction:
I’m Joseph House
I am the Assistant Clinical Director of Centered Recovery and I work primarily in the Marietta location. My job is to work hands on with clients and staff to help ensure a great experience for all of our clients, and I love what I do!
I have a BA from The University of South Carolina, where I double majored in Marketing and Management and lettered all four years in soccer. I also have a MA-Masters of Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.
I love to play golf and do Crossfit, you can find me there almost every morning. I’m a single father to a beautiful little girl named Holly, who is 5 years old.
I would recommend that anyone consider Centered Recovery because the program picks up where traditional treatment sometimes leaves off. For anyone who might want even more to read at home, I recommend The Mindfulness Workbook for Addiction by Rebecca Williams and Julie Kraft because it is a powerful book with assignments that work.
